Pay the 50% deposit ($125) by bank transfer to lock in your spot. The rest is due the day before.

  4. Enjoy your session

Getting ready

A few easy tips

Before you come

A good walk beforehand helps burn off some energy. A quick brush is lovely too, but don't stress. Amy loves them just as they are.

What to bring

Their lead, a favourite toy or squeaker, some treats they love and water. Amy will tell you if she needs anything else.

Payments and the weather

A 50% deposit locks in your spot. It's paid by bank transfer, using the details on your invoice. Your session isn't booked until the deposit is paid. The rest is due the day before. If the weather is bad, we'll move your session to another Saturday. If we can't find a new time that works for both of us, you'll get your deposit back in full.

Questions

Pet session FAQs

What kinds of pets can come?

Dogs are the most common, but other much-loved pets are welcome too. Sessions are outdoors at a park, so if your pet isn't a dog, just mention it in the form or give Amy a call and she'll talk it through with you.

My dog doesn't sit still. Is that OK?

Absolutely. Zoomies, head tilts and big goofy grins make the best photos. Amy works at your pet's pace, with plenty of breaks and treats.

What if my pet is nervous?

Let Amy know in the form. She'll keep things calm, give them time to settle in and choose a quieter spot. Nervous pets often relax once they realise it's just a fun walk with lots of treats.

Do they need to stay on a lead?

Please bring a lead and follow the park's rules. Amy will work with you to get relaxed, natural-looking photos either way.

Can we be in the photos too?

Yes. You can have photos of just your pet, or jump in for some with them. For bigger family photos with everyone, a family mini session is also a great fit, and pets are welcome there too.

Which parks do you use?

Sessions are held at Macarthur Park, Camden Town Farm and Onslow Park. Amy will confirm the exact spot and where to meet when she sends your quote.

How long until I get my photos?

Your edited photos are usually ready within 2 weeks of your session. Extra photos are $10 each.
